I sell, I build, and I hate when good pipeline gets missed.

I like being close to the revenue and close to the build. Most people do one or the other. I never really wanted to pick. So now I spend my time finding good accounts, fixing broken motions, and building systems that make the next move a lot clearer.

I care about good work. I also have a personality.

I am at my best when I can spot what is off, fix it, and then actually use the fix in the real world. Sometimes that means better outreach. Sometimes it means building an agent because the process is a mess. Either way, I want the work to be useful, not just something that sounds smart in a deck.

And outside of work, I am pretty normal. Give me 2000s R&B, Harry Potter, Pokémon up through Gen 4, Tennessee sports, and an excuse to do a card trick I have been waiting to show somebody. If money did not matter, I would own a little bar in San Diego, drive a beat up RAV4, surf all day, and bartend at night. Maybe next life.

Find the usage spike, market trigger, owner pain, or account pattern hiding inside the noise.

02

Decide

Score what matters: urgency, fit, upside, current motion, and why this account deserves attention today.

03

Deliver

Agents prepare the work, surface the context, and draft the next move. The human owns judgment and execution.

Incoming signal · Starter account uploaded 13 jobs in 30 days.
Wallet gap found · Usage rising but no sales touch.
Agent note · Call plan generated for VP Sales.
Priority move · Account moved to morning queue.
Human approval · Draft ready, rep sends.
Field result · Meeting created from hidden intent.

Hover

Hover is where the builder side of me stopped being a side note. I was already doing the SDR job. Then I started noticing good accounts sitting right there in the data with nobody moving on them. That is what led to Signal Desk.

Field SignalReal world ops. Real buyer motion.
Contextcontractor world + revenue intelligence
Role · 2025 to Present · SDR

The role where I started turning missed revenue into actual calls and pipeline.

At Hover, I sell the platform as more than just a report. But the bigger thing I found was internal. We already had accounts showing real intent. They were uploading jobs, using the product, and quietly raising their hand. The problem was that the signal was buried and nobody had a clean reason to act on it.

Signal Desk was my answer. It pulls together account behavior, recent uploads, spend, plan status, rep activity, and upside, then turns all of that into a short list and a real call plan. The goal was simple. Stop guessing. Give the rep a reason to call today and the proof to back it up.

What changed: accounts that looked cold became qualified conversations. The system surfaced over $750K in pipeline in the first 6 weeks from accounts that were already in the database but were not getting the right sales motion.

Chaser

Chaser was a very different kind of problem. No big budget. No giant team. Just a real product, a messy market, and a lot of figuring it out in public. I liked that part.

Role · 2026 · Founder GTM

The zero to one GTM build for a college bar platform.

Chaser is a college loyalty platform for bars, students, fraternities, sororities, and campus groups. The hard part was not getting excited about the idea. The hard part was figuring out what each market would actually allow, how owners thought about rewards, and how to earn trust without sounding like another random promo app.

I built the outreach, partner motion, CRM process, market research flow, and next step system around that reality. The Bar Chaser Agent helps with the heavy lifting by researching cities, finding angles, tracking trigger points, and helping decide how we should enter each market without stepping on obvious landmines.

What changed: Chaser moved from idea and network to an active partner motion with 15+ bar partners onboarded, a zero budget launch path, and a repeatable way to think through new cities.

Side Project · 2026

Campus bar GTM, partnerships, owner outreach, launch execution, and the Bar Chaser Agent.

Built the first partner motion from scratch across bars, campus orgs, fraternities, and local operators. Added the GTM agent layer to handle outreach, research, CRM work, trigger points, and city by city market direction. The motion helped Chaser reach 15+ bar partners onboarded.

Hover · Enterprise SDR

Enterprise pipeline generation, account strategy, platform selling, and Signal Desk.

Built Signal Desk to surface high intent accounts that had fallen through the cracks, generate call plans, and give reps a cleaner reason to call. The first 6 weeks surfaced over $750K in pipeline from accounts already sitting in the database. This is where my sales motion and systems motion started to fully merge.

AccessiBe · Inbound AE

Full inbound SMB sales cycle for a web accessibility compliance platform.

Owned the full inbound sales cycle across SMB accounts from lead qualification through close, closing $100K+ in new business within four months. Revived a stalled inbound funnel by re-engaging high-intent leads and improving follow-up structure, converting previously inactive opportunities into closed revenue. Improved funnel efficiency by prioritizing prospects based on intent level, fit, and sales readiness as an early version of signal-based prioritization.

Full cycle restaurant tech sales, early pipeline creation, and first exposure to building GTM motion from the ground up.

Learned speed, ownership, full cycle pressure, and how to sell when the motion is still being built in real time. That environment taught me to find buyer pain fast, create pipeline without a perfect playbook, and keep the process moving.

Projects

These are the systems behind the work. A couple are live inside real GTM motion. A few are personal. All of them exist for the same reason: I do not like wasted motion, messy handoffs, or guessing when the answer can be built.

Systems built in the wild

Projects that create leverage: cleaner signal, better next actions, and less guessing inside real GTM motion.
